To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides—which require strict temperature, light, and environmental controls to maintain purity—we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products. * Once a shipment leaves our secure facility, we can no longer guarantee its chain of custody or chemical integrity.
To maintain the safety and purity of our inventory for all researchers, we do not restock or resell returned materials.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that transit issues can occur. We will issue a replacement or store credit under the following specific conditions:
Damaged in Transit: If your vials or containers arrive broken, leaking, or visibly damaged.
Incorrect Items: If you received a different product or quantity than what you ordered.
How to report an issue:
1- Do not open or tamper with the product packaging.
2- Contact our support team at info@infoevochainlabs.com within 72 hours of delivery.
3- Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items alongside the shipping label.
Once verified by our team, we will promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if the request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
